What’s the difference between Thai, Deep Tissue, and Remedial Massage?
Thai massage focuses on stretching and energy flow, Deep Tissue targets deep muscle tension, and Remedial Massage treats specific conditions or injuries — often eligible for health fund rebates.
Are health fund rebates available?
Yes. We are HICAPS-registered, and most major health funds cover Remedial Massage. Please bring your card to claim on the spot.
What should I wear or bring to my appointment?
You don’t need to bring anything special. Our rooms are private and comfortable, and towels are provided. For Thai massage, you’ll be given loose clothing suitable for stretching.
How do I choose the right type of massage for me?
Each massage style offers unique benefits. If you’re dealing with muscle pain or stiffness, try a Deep Tissue or Remedial Massage. For relaxation and stress relief, an Aromatherapy or Traditional Thai Massage may be ideal. Our therapists can also guide you based on your goals when you arrive.
